AMD A10-4600m performance of the new processor revealed

In the network appeared slides from AMD's presentation, destined for South Korea, and showing the performance of the new A10-4600m processor for notebook computers. Speech, of course, a new processor "Trinity", produced in 32 nanometer technological dimension.

A10-4600m is equipped with two modules piledriver, so quad-core CPU, running at a frequency of 2.3 GHz Turbo mode, which can grow up to 3 GHz. This system also has a 4 MB cache, dual-channel DDR3 RAM-1600, PCI Express 2.0 controller and graphics processor Radeon HD 7660G. The latter operates at a frequency of 685 MHz and has 384 stream processors.

The presentation shows that the integrated Radeon HD 7660G is to be, in 3DMark 11, slightly less efficient than the NVIDIA GeForce GT 550M. Working in tandem (Dual Graphics), the Radeon HD 7670M can achieve slightly better performance than the NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450M.

NordicHardware Service has published a graph which summarizes the performance declared by AMD with their own measurements of other configurations.
